2.2. You may create an account on the Service ("Account"), confirming that you are 16 years of age or older.

2.3. Your username is a unique identifier provided by you or us to identify you on the Service. You may have only one Account on GameJuju.com and one account per game. GameJuju reserves the right to delete multiple accounts associated with the same user. You may not sell, rent, or share your Account, create an Account using false information or on behalf of someone else. Notify us immediately if your Account is accessed without authorization and update your login details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any purchases made through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you provided contact information, keep it accurate and up-to-date, and use your Account for non-commercial purposes.

2.4. GameJuju may permanently deactivate your Account if it remains inactive for 180 days. Upon deactivation, we have no obligation to retain or provide data or content related to your (former) Account or refund any payments made. We may allow another user to register with your former username and have no obligation to remove any public data, content, or other information you uploaded or posted on the Service.

2.5. Without limiting other remedies, GameJuju may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Service if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use or engage in actual or suspected illegal or improper use without notice. GameJuju is not obligated to compensate for any losses or results related to such actions, including benefits, privileges, or virtual items associated with your use of the Service.

3.1. The Service may feature User Generated Content, created by players and consisting of messages, wall posts, comments, pictures, or graphics. GameJuju is not actively involved in creating or publishing User Generated Content and does not endorse it or warrant its legality. Your use of the Service carries the risk of exposure to offensive, indecent, or unexpected User Generated Content. GameJuju is not responsible or liable for User Generated Content.

3.2. When you submit User Generated Content, you grant GameJuju a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, adjust, prepare derivative works, or exploit such User Generated Content in any manner. You waive any moral rights or rights of publicity or privacy you may have regarding this User Generated Content.

3.3. You retain possible ownership of your User Generated Content. GameJuju has the right to monitor User Generated Content and your activities but does not attempt to prescreen all content. We may edit, refuse to post, or remove User Generated Content at our discretion.

3.4. When submitting User Generated Content, you: Acknowledge that other users may access and use it, and GameJuju has no control over their actions. Warrant that you have the right to grant the license in 3.2 and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws. You indemnify GameJuju against any third-party claims and related costs.

3.5. You shall cooperate with GameJuju to investigate suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or improper User Generated Content or activities. You indemnify GameJuju and its officers against any claims, costs, and damages arising from disputes with other users or third parties related to the Service.

Advertisements and Third-Party Content

4.1. Games on the Service may display advertising before, during, or after gameplay. Any interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser, subject to additional terms and conditions from the advertiser. GameJuju is not liable for any claims or losses related to advertisers.

4.2. The Service may contain links to third-party websites. GameJuju does not endorse these third-party sites, and you acknowledge and agree that GameJuju is not responsible for their content.

Conduct on the Service

5.1. You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Any content available for download is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed. Downloads are subject to specific content rules.

5.2. You may not: Engage in activities against the spirit or intent of the Service.
